Single Negative returns! First released as a partigyle ale from the final runnings of Double Negative, this approachable stout quickly became a staff favorite — earning its own proper turns in the brew house. With a complex grist of specialty malts and oats, Single Negative delivers robust roast character with notes of dried fruit in a crushable, medium-bodied format. 5.8%

Super Chance! Spiked with yuzu juice and dry hopped with Luminosa and Cashmere, Super Chance is a marvelously complex and crushable gose. Pouring a pale yellow with a rocky and lasting white head of foam, the nose entices with tingly citrus-spice. On the palate this beer is ultra crisp and refreshing, with yuzu citrus and complementary modern hops balanced with medium tartness and just a hint of salinity to soften the edges of the acidity. 5%

Maximum Happiness! Mosaic & Cashmere unify to create a blast of ripe fruit—strawberry and passionfruit lead in aroma, giving way to coconut, papaya, and citrus on the palate with a hint of spun sugar. This IPA is tutti-frutti jelly beans in a glass! 7%

Grimm + @badcholesterol present: Pretzel & Pizza Making Workshops at the Grimm taproom!

~Tue, Mar 21: Pretzel Making Class~
Chris of @badcholesterol will demonstrate how to make the dough, shape it, and finish it in a traditional lye-bath to achieve pretzels’ amber color and chewy texture. Along the way, you’ll enjoy Grimm’s award winning beers, including its classic German-style Weisse.

~Thu, Mar 30: Pizza Making Class & Physica Wine Dinner~
Chris will teach you how to make his sourdough Neapolitan-style pizzas from start to finish, including how to start a “starter,” make an airy dough, shape your pizza, and cook it at home or in pizza ovens.
The evening will end with a pizza feast, served with scratch-made sides and desserts from Bad Cholesterol and plenty of Grimm beer & Physica wine.

We’re bowled over by this batch of Light Year! This DIPA is a tropical/dank swirl of Columbus, Citra, Mosaic & Galaxy hops. Notes of orange and coconut custard lead in aroma and taste, complemented by subtle hints of pine and a strong backbone of dank herbal/cannabis-esque funk. The mouthfeel is silky smooth with a pleasant and balancing bitterness. 8%
