Triple IPA with Citra, Nelson, Simcoe, Mosaic, Rakau, and Strata
We pulled out all the stops for this year’s celebratory hop bomb. We selected six of our favorite hops and used them in great volume to create an absolute WALL of intense hop flavors and aromas: Citra, Nelson, Simcoe, Mosaic, Rakau, and Strata. This triple IPA oozes sticky and resinous notes of mango, orange, cannabis, and peach all over a creamy bed of subtle glazed donut sweetness. Yet it retains our signature elegance, drinking smooth and perfectly clean with no hop burn or grassiness. We are truly proud of this imperial IPA, the result of many lessons learned over a decade of hard-won experience refining and re-refining NEIPA, and six years of making them here in Brooklyn.
