Hoppy pilsner
Anthos (“flower”) is brewed exclusively with German Hersbrucker hops. These noble hops lend exquisitely subtle notes of honeysuckle, chamomile, and clover honey. A double decoction step mash adds just a touch of malt depth to a beer that is overall pale and crisp. A slow pour will be rewarded by a lasting, fluffy, snowcapped mountaintop head. Clean and lovely.
