West coast style IPA w/ Krush, Mosaic, and Columbus
New West Coast IPA collab with the one and only @yakimachiefhops out of Yakima, WA! YCH has been our hop supplier for years; they’re 100% grower-owned, made up of families that have been farming hop country for generations. This collective has been instrumental in developing many of the hop varietals you know by name. Their newest varietal, Krush, is making waves (already basically sold out for the year). Luckily the gang hooked us up with some excellent Krush hyperboost so we could make something special to pour at their booth at Craft Brewers Conference. We combined the Krush with Mosaic and Columbus for a bracingly well-hopped beer that’s lean and punchy — equal parts dank, bitter, and fruity.
