Bower of Bliss

Made from a blend of some of our finest (and oldest) barrels of golden sour base beer, Bower of Bliss then received additions of lemongrass, chamomile, and Motueka hops. The resulting beer has bright citric and floral top notes — freshly grated lime zest dusting the savory herbaceousness and touch of honey sweetness of chamomile and the subtle tang of the lemongrass–that complement the underlying base of fruity esters, complex acidity, and oak.
