Our Candlepower saison is a small tribute to Dany Prignon of Brasserie Fantôme way of brewing. Each year’s version is a little different from those that came before. Candlepower 2023 is an exceptionally crisp, pale, and delicate quencher with an intoxicatingly complex herbal/spicy nose from sage, orange peel and coriander.
