West Coast IPA with Luminosa
We make so many IPA’s, but every once in a while one of them really takes us by surprise with its complexity and refinement. Chance Encounter is the standout IPA of the year so far for us. Brewed in an ultra-lean contemporary west coast framework, it is dry hopped with all New Zealand varietals: Riwaka, Nectaron, and Rakau.
