Comic Sans Galaxy

Brewed with marshmallow fluff, toasted coconut flakes & milk sugar, this rotating-hop DIPA is always a good time. But this anniversary batch, with the addition of Galaxy hops and 100lbs of HAND-TOASTED coconut, is out of this world. Toasting the coconut ourselves made a significant flavor impact and brought a delightful complexity to a loaded and loud DIPA. Notes of freshly toasted coconut, juicy mango, and coconut cream. The sweetness is tempered by a Galaxy-driven balancing bitterness.
