Conan’s Lambo Door
Double IPA with Citra, El Dorado, & Simcoe
Super Limited: This beer happened on a lark when one of our suppliers made a shipping error and sent us a small pitch of Conan yeast (the yeast strain used in Heady Topper) while we were brewing Lambo Door, our reknowned double IPA. We had a miniature fermentation tank available so we diverted a few barrels of Lambo Door wort and fermented a version of Lambo with the Conan yeast. The beer offers a flavor profile that hits tart fruit notes of apricot and pineapple in a way that is noticeably different from the Lambo you know and love. 8% ABV
