American Pale Ale w/ Nelson Sauvin, Citra and Cashmere
Crisp Air is back again! In hopes of being less confusing to our customers, we’re now calling it an American Pale Ale rather than a Crispy IPA. But the liquid remains the same: impressively clear with the palest hue of straw, we get blooming pure hop aromas of Nelson, Citra, and Cashmere: citrus, gooseberry, and guava. There are no yeast esters here whatsoever and a malt character of near zero – this is the most direct experience of these hops we can deliver. On the palate it manages to be crisp, dry, and tropical all at once. Snappy, fresh, and delicious.
