Crispy IPA w/ Nelson, Citra and Cashmere
Our new Crispy IPA (aka India Pils) is here! This time we’ve bumped the strength up to a relatively hefty 5.2% as we gradually hone in on exactly what this style of beer wants to be. Impressively clear with the palest hue of straw, we get blooming pure hop aromas of Nelson, Citra, and Cashmere: citrus, gooseberry, and guava. There are no yeast esters here whatsoever and a malt character of near zero – this is the most direct experience of these hops we can deliver. On the palate it manages to be crisp, dry, and tropical all at once. Snappy, fresh, and delicious. We are pumped about this new direction in Grimm hops.
