Crisp Air

This crispy IPA (aka India Pils) is impressively clear with the palest hue of straw. We get blooming pure hop aromas of Nelson, Citra, and Cashmere: citrus, gooseberry, and guava. There are no yeast esters here whatsoever and a malt character of near zero – this is the most direct and refreshing experience of these hops we can deliver. On the palate it manages to be crisp, dry, and tropical all at once. Snappy, fresh, and delicious.
