Crown Kolsch

As a style, Kolsch actually notably similar to New York’s homegrown Cream Ale style in that it hits all of the benchmarks of a crisp pale lager except that it’s brewed with an ale yeast. We used a Hochkurz step mash of pilsner, vienna, and chit malts, hopped with Saphir, and fermented cool with a well-chosen ale strain. The result is a strikingly clear, thirst-quenching beer that will have you coming back for more and more.
