Diamond Kite
American Pale Ale w/ Mandarina Bavaria, Hallertau Blanc & Simcoe
Named for the excellent but under-appreciated Kate Bush song, it uses the same combo of excellent but under-appreciated German and American hops that we use in Kites Are Fun: Mandarina Bavaria, Hallertau Blanc, and Simcoe. This mini-Kite also features malted oats to great effect, for with a hint of nutty shortbread cookie on the palate.
