Dreams Come True

A barrel aged stout stout of elegance and depth, Dreams Come True is composed of four bourbon barrel-aged stouts chosen solely on a sensory basis. Our brewing team chose oak casks that previously contained Taconic Distillery, Old Fitzgerald, and Heaven HIll bourbon with an average barrel residence time of 18 months. The result is a dense, aromatic stout that displays a wide range of characteristics including vanilla, coffee, chocolate, pipe tobacco, and brown sugar.
