En Prise

Blended from a coupage of young and old barrel-aged saison, barrel-aged golden sour and some extra funky brett-forward casks, En Prise was then conditioned on the local Red Currants & Peaches from our recent Gathering season. En Prise weaves together delicate fruit character with spiced Belgian yeast phenols against a backdrop of bright, funk-forward farmhouse beer. The acidity is gentle, allowing for the marriage of yeast and fruit to shine. 5.5% ABV
