For this collab with @drownedlandsbrewery, we are venturing for the first time into witbier territory. We started with the recipe for their excellent wit, added a double decoction mash, and finished it off with a month-long residency in our wild oak foeder. The result is a refreshing beer with ample citrus and spice, and a light touch of wild character that we expect to deepen over time. Drink now or drink later depending on how much brettanomyces funk you like!
