Eternal Now

Eternal Now invokes spectral layers of funk and acid.  This barrel-aged sour beer is infused with pungent Limu Omani (Persian black limes), doubling up on the funky complexity of the base beer.  These are limes that have been boiled in salt water and then left to dry and auto-ferment until they become a desiccated, aged spice.  The unbelievably rich and musky aromas of this transfigured citrus are the perfect match for aged hops and our supernatural house mixed culture.  Immensely multifaceted and satisfying.
