Even Tides is a refreshing Grisette that features the same herb blend (and name) as one of our favorite kombuchas from Yesfolk’s Plant Therapy series. The calming combination of chamomile, skullcap and orange blossom water blends beautifully with a delicate and crackery grist and farmhouse phenols/esters making this an easy-drinking, delectable & soothing springtime beer.
