Flash Forward

One of our all time favorite hop varietals is El Dorado.  We feel a special affinity for this hop because it plays so well with our fruity house ale yeast strain; it’s been a crucial component of some of our best loved IPA’s such as Lambo Door and Afterimage.  We are delighted to present our first single hop pale ale — Flash Forward, brewed with 6.5 lbs per barrel of our favorite hand-selected El Dorados.  The hop impression is CANDY on the nose and palate, watermelon jolly ranchers, tangerines, and strawberry/raspberry summer fruit.  The head retention is exceptional, leaving foam on the glass all the way down to the bottom.  Best of all, at 5.5% ABV, it is extremely crushable.
