dipa with Comet, Strata, and El Dorado
Comet is a fun and funky hop that we don’t get to use all that often; often compared to citra, it has loads of citrus and tropical character but also a “wild American” quality that reminds us of Columbus, another house fave. Paired with Strata & El Dorado, we’re getting saturated notes of ripe berry, white peach, candied grapefruit, and grape juice.
