This barrel-aged sour ale is brewed with apricots and Persian black limes (limoo omani). The limes are boiled in saltwater and then left to ferment and dry—their funky aromas and savory flavor are the perfect complement to our aged barrel stock. The apricots sing here, adding their juicy tartness to a complex yet firm sour ale that is clean and delicious.
