Gathering Blackberries & Peaches

Gathering represents fresh, whole, local fruit picked at the peak of ripeness. For this rendition, we sourced blackberries from Wright’s Farm in Gardiner, New York & peaches from Larchmont Farms in Deerfield, New Jersey. These fruits underwent a carbonic maceration and spontaneous autofermentation before blending and secondary fermentation with some of our finest barrels of aged sour beer. The result is exquisite—notes of juicy peach and warm brandy barrel ooze on top of layers tangy blackberry, brett-laced funk, and balanced acidity. Bright, juicy, tart—this beer smells like summer!
