Gathering Blueberries, Red Currants & White Nectarines

Gathering Blueberries, Red Currants, and Nectarines is a highlight of this year’s Gathering crop. Pouring a luminous magenta, this beer features hyperreal, vivid aromas of currants, berries, and juicy stone fruit. On the palate it is complex with a perfect balance of soft acids from fruits and fermentation, bretty notes of spicy funk, and light accents of oak. Sublime! These fruits came to us whole, ripe, and fresh from Samascott Orchards, Tousey Farms, and Bittner-Singer Orchards respectively.
