Gathering Cabernet Franc (2024)

We’ve discovered that we like the results of extra bottle conditioning for our Gathering beers made with wine grapes, so we have patiently bottle conditioned Gathering Cabernet Franc for a year; the grapes here are from the fall 2024 harvest. The results are spectacular, with very clean varietal-specific Cab Franc notes of jammy red fruit, graphite, and a hint of green bell pepper.
