Gathering Chardonnay

This blended barrel-aged golden sour features Chardonnay grapes from Macari Vineyards in Mattituck, NY.  Fresh, whole grape clusters underwent a carbonic maceration and autofermentation before blending and secondary fermentation in some of our finest barrels of aged sour beer. Aromas of apricot and brett-driven leathery funk invite you into a juicy burst of flavor–bright and tart with notes of green apple and lemon peel. Punchy & effervescent with a dry finish!
