Gathering Red Currants & Peaches (2021)

Gathering represents fresh, whole, local fruit picked at the peak of ripeness: red currants from Tousey Farms in Germantown, NY, and peaches from Mead Orchards in Tivoli, NY. These fruits underwent a carbonic maceration before blending and secondary fermentation in some of our finest barrels of aged sour beer. Gathering Red Currants & Peaches is a summertime stunner–the bracing tartness from the red currants is softened by the sweet nectar of a perfectly ripe peach.
