Gathering Riesling Grapes

Our Gathering series presents some of our finest sour ale — it is always made with fresh, whole, local fruit picked at the peak of ripeness. For this tart sipper, Riesling grapes from Reilly Cellars in Cutchogue, NY underwent a whole-cluster semi-carbonic maceration in before blending and secondary fermentation in select barrels of aged golden sour ale. Brightness and depth are both to be found here in a glass that evolves as you sip and consider.
