Gathering Stone Fruit

Gathering Stone Fruit features a melange of local, peak ripe stone fruits—apricots & nectarines from Bittner Singer Orchards in Appleton, NY, and plums from Mead Orchards in Tivoli, NY. These fruits underwent a carbonic maceration and spontaneous autofermentation before blending and secondary fermentation in some of our finest barrels of aged sour beer. The resulting beer—a shimmering coral in color—is bright and pucker tart with lush fruit character. The aroma of sweet apricot nectar opens up to flavors of juicy stone fruit and a mouth-watering acidity that coats the whole palate
