Gathering Stone Fruit (2023)

Gathering Stone Fruit began as a melange of carbonically macerated fresh ripe local fruits: Hargrand apricots, white nectarines, and Italian blue plums. These fruits came from Bittner Singer Orchards in Appleton, NY.  To this maceration, we added a blend of our finest mixed culture golden sour barrels. The result is a luscious 6% ABV treat with complex brett aromas wafting from the glass, bright acidity, and big juicy flavors of stone fruit on the palate. Gathering Stone Fruit is the most assertively tart beer in this year’s Gathering crop.
