This outstanding sour ale aged in apple brandy barrels, and conditioned on apricots pits and chardonnay grape skins, is a fortuitous blend of diverse, unclassifiable, and unique oak casks from our stacks. We get notes of apple pie, pineapple, stone fruit, white wine, and deep and complex mixed culture fermentation.
