We were thrilled to be asked by Yakima Chief Hops to participate in a trial of their new experimental cryo hop blend, tentatively named Bio-T. Bio-T is a cryo blend created to max out certain compounds known to be active in biotransformation — such as linalool (fruit loops, gummy bear), geraniol (floral rose, precursor of linalool), and 3MH (citrus/gooseberry, and the precursor to 3MHA which brings notes of passion fruit and guava).
