Heliogram

Heliogram is an easy-drinking, thirst-quenching foeder-fermented dry-hopped sour ale with Nelson Sauvin and El Dorado hops. The aroma is bright but tame–notes of freshly zested grapefruit, lemon verbena, honeydew, orange marmalade, and a touch of cotton candy sweet. A punch of acidity up front quickly ebbs into gentle flavors of underripe pineapple and mango which is complemented by a pithy bitterness.
