Hint is our traditional unboiled, mixed culture berliner weisse transformed through a second steeping on local, peak of summer fruit. The same whole, local fruits used to flavor Gathering Peaches & Blackberries see a second life. The result is a refreshingly tart & tangy Berliner Weisse with subtle notes of stone fruit, berry and oak.
