Hint of Blackberry & Plum

Hint is our traditional unboiled, mixed culture Berliner-Weisse transformed through a steeping on second-use whole, local fruit. The fruit used to flavor Borogove, a dark sour ale with blackberries and plums, sees a second life. The result is tart, refreshing Berliner-Weisse where aromas of bright berry and stone fruit are bolstered by layers of barrel complexity.
