Hint of Blueberry

Hint is our traditional unboiled, mixed culture berliner weisse transformed through a second steeping on local, peak of summer fruit. The same whole blueberries used to flavor Gathering Blueberries see a second life. The result is a refreshingly tart Berliner with a hint of fresh fruit flavor and oak.
