Hint of Blueberry (2021)

Hint is our traditional unboiled, mixed culture Berliner Weisse transformed through a steeping on second-use blueberries. The fruit used to flavor New Blue Goo, a spontaneous barrel-aged ale with blueberries, sees a second life. The result is a tart and funk-forward Berliner with just a hint of blueberry and oak.
