Houndstooth

Pouring with a brilliantly clear amber hue, this ale is made exclusively with English malt and hops. Exceptionally balanced, this beer features ample malt flavors of toasted bread, light caramel, and a hint of dried fruit alongside well-matched orangey hop bitterness.  It has a snappy finish that benefits from a traditional gypsum-rich Burtonized water profile. A limited quantity of draft is available on Nitro, and that’s the version we’ll be pouring at the taproom this weekend!
