Ice Cap

Ice Cap is a brand new beer for us — and our second-ever Cold IPA. The use of cold-fermenting yeast alongside a generous dry hop of Simcoe and Vic Secret results in more pure hop character of pine and peach, as opposed to the tropical notes produced by yeast transformation that take center stage in our hazy IPAs. The resulting beer is crisp, bitter, and dry, disappearing quickly from the glass!
