Kosmos

Something we love about Czech brewing is the embrace of ABV’s that are a bit lower than you see in Germany. Utilizing dark crystal malt, pale chocolate malt, and a bit of debittered roast malt, our Czech dark lager follows a traditional double decoction mash. Kosmos pours dark brown with beautiful ruby highlights and a long lasting tan head of tight foam. Clean, refreshing, and easy but with ample chocolate.
