LABORATORY DOOR

For this juicy double IPA, we put our heads together with the Equilibrium crew to combine the best elements of our Lambo Door and their MC2. We remixed the hop bills of these two beloved beers and worked out a very special water profile and mash regimen to boost the perception of body and softness, while leaving the grist ultra simple. On the nose we get big sweet mango, juicy orange, and sticky cannabis. The palate is softer and even juicier than the nose suggests, with a big purple grape note that persists through the long finish.
