It would be no exaggeration to say that writing this recipe changed our lives; when we first released Lambo in 2014, the response to NYC’s first hazy, juicy DIPA was electric. Thanks to the beer you are holding, we were able to grow our fledgling brewery into the institution it is today on our own terms. Years later, Lambo remains a benchmark of the style and a reminder of how stunning well-executed Northeast Double IPA can be.
