IPA w/ Rakau, Motueka & YCH Trial Blend 303
We work again here with YCH Trial Blend 303 in the whirlpool — this is a blend of cryo Phantasm with the Yakima Holy Trinity of cryo hops (Simcoe, Citra, and Mosaic) intended to load the wort stream with tropical thiol precursors to be unlocked during fermentation. We topped the beer off with a massive dry hop of Motueka and Rakau hops from New Zealand. The result is an enticing hop bomb with bold and bright hoppy-fruity notes of pineapple, lime, and passionfruit.
