Maple Bourbon Barrel Aged Double Negative (2021)

We laid down our two-time GABF award-winning no-BS imperial stout in maple syrup ex-bourbon barrels. Maple Bourbon Barrel Double Negative 2021 is blended from six select 8- and 12-month-old oak casks. A bottomless and delicate interplay of dark chocolate, charred oak, pancake syrup, and rich bourbon, finishing with a kiss of maple sugar. The body is medium+, not so thicc that you couldn’t polish off the whole bottle by yourself.
