Maibock is the perfect springtime lager style: a classic grist of Vienna, Pilsner, and Munich malts and a dose of noble hops come together to create a supple, full-bodied lager with an inviting deep golden hue. Notes of toasted bread with whole honeycomb and subliminally fruity malt present a cozy sweetness that is balanced by a light yet lingering bitterness. Recommended for fans of Oktoberfest Marzen, Maibock is the other great shoulder-season lager.
