Memoir

Imperial stout aged in a single Basil Hayden cask for four years! This ultra-small-batch beer is made from a single, ancient oak barrel – one of the oldest, if not the oldest, barrels we have in our oak library. This beer is presented with utmost simplicity. Both alcohol and roast have here been smoothed out by time, the edges worn away like driftwood. We get deep and velvety notes of bourbon, vanilla, and dark red fruit. Each sip brings warmth to your chest and wakes up your senses.
