Introducing Miami Pop!, a Florida-fied version of our beloved pop series, brewed in collaboration with our friends from Tripping Animals. This Miami-style sour ale is made with a heavy dosage of dragonfruit and mango and fermented with thiolized yeast, resulting in explosive tropical aromatics. The subdued acidity, rounded out with a gentle addition of milk sugar and vanilla, makes for a refreshing sweet-tart treat.
