This Mexican-style corn lager is crisp and pours crystal clear. To give an accent reminiscent of lime, we added Motueka hops to the late boil. Yvon came by to brew the beer with us and as a good luck token added a their signature corn masa tortillas to the mash. An absolutely delightful and crushable beer!
