A light and refreshing Belgian ale, Patersbier (“father’s beer”) is traditionally brewed by Trappist monks for sipping throughout the day, quenching their thirst without altering their focus. Featuring the same special yeast used by the monks at Westvleteren and Westmalle, our Patersbier receives an extra dose of floral and spicy hop character courtesy of Styrian Goldings hops and sits at a sessionable 4.9% ABV.
