We collaborated with the gang at Decicco’s to brew a sumptuous and velvety barrel aged imperial stout. Loosely based on the ingredients of tiramisu, Pick Me Up is a stout aged in rum and bourbon barrels with hand-toasted cacao, madagascar vanilla, Colombian coffee from Sey Coffee Roasters, and creamy milk sugar. The flavors are concentrated, rich, and decadent. A real treat!
