Introducing Queenside, we’re really excited about this one!

A delightfully sprtizy spelt saison brewed with brettanomyces. Presenting with notes of lemon verbena, apricot, and leathery brett funk, Queenside is a real romp through the farmhouse! Still relatively young, its satisfying effervescence and brett spice will continue to evolve beautifully in the bottle for years to come.

To celebrate the Queenside release we’re throwing a full-blown saison party 4/22/23! We’ll be reaching into the cellar for vintage favorites, tapping our full lineup of fresh saisons, and offering proper pours in Castling Saison Goblets. ‘Tis the Saison!
